Eagle Ray 2300 Centre Console

The Eagle Ray 2300 CruiserCab features exceptional stability, in common with multihull configuration but still performs like a true Vee-bottom boat when cornering. The cathedral hull configuration provides an excellent family fishing or cruising platform, offering maximum stability, with a large cockpit and plenty of storage space. Surprisingly for it's size it draws only 200mm dead in the water with a full load of fuel and fresh water. This allows for easy crossings of shallow coastal bars and makes pulling on to sandy beaches and banks stress free.
The hull design allows for less contact with the water, equating to reduced horsepower required to keep the 2300 on the plane (speed reading only 14kmh) thus making for very economical cruising with motors of 150hp commonly used, giving a top speed of 65kph.
With a drive on/off trailer launch and retrieve is effortless, and although this 23 footer is a large boat on the trailer it is relatively light for it's size and can be towed by most family four-wheel-drives.
